iCET was invited to share "China NEV and CAFC dual-credits regulation implementation and its comparison to ZEV mechanism in California, US" on International Forum on Innovation and Development of Electric Vehicle

International Forum on Innovation and Development of Electric Vehicle was co-hosted by China Automotive Engineering Research Institute & Messe Munchen Electronica China with 42 fantastic speeches in Shanghai on March 13-14, 2018, over 500 participants from new energy vehicle and intelligent & connected automotive industry showed up.


With the kind invitation from forum, Ms Liping Kang, iCET Senior Clean Transportation Manager, presented the speech entitled with “China NEV and CAFC dual-credits regulation implementation and its comparison to ZEV mechanism in California, US”. iCET highly recognized China dual-integral credits regulation is a creative and innovative mechanism to promote NEV development and improve fuel efficiency, while a long-term tracking-evaluation and adjustment action system are required to complement this new kind of policy, certain and long-term targets for cooperations should be defined, monetary punishment and award items also should be addressed, and transparent credits trade and transfer platform should be launched as soon as possible.
