The 4th CCTP workshop | How to lead the development of new energy logistic vehicles in a healthy way in the new era

The 4th workshop of the China Clean Transportation Partnership (CCTP) “How to lead the development of new energy logistic vehicles in a healthy way in the new era,” was successfully held in Beijing on October 16, 2018. The workshop was co-hosted by the Beijing Transport Institute, a founding member partner of the CCTP. Twenty-four experts and scholars from 17 organizations in the clean transportation sector joined the workshop to discuss commercial NEV subsidies, share experiences, and brainstorm pathways to further promote new energy logistic vehicles on the national and local levels.


The 4th CCTP workshop was held in October 16, 2018


The workshop was hosted by Ms. Liu Ying, Director of Energy & Environment Center of Beijing Transport Institute. Ms. Ying provided background new energy vehicles policies, national transportation policies, and distribution networks in Beijing. Mr. Xie Haiming, Director of the Shenzhen Electric Vehicle Application and Promotion Center, addressed the impact of subsidies on logistic NEV operation, its promotion experience and lessons from Shenzhen. Mr. Wang Chunfeng, Director of Electric Vehicle Logistics Department of BJEV, expressed his support of NEVs promotion in Beijing.

Workshop attendees included: Dr. Dou Gang from the Beijing New Energy Automobile Development Promotion Center; Mr. Liu Jianguo from the International Collaboration Center of Energy Research Institute of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC); Researcher Mr. Zhang Zhaosheng from the National Engineering Laboratory for Electric Vehicles of Beijing Institute of Technology; Mr. Zhao Lijin, Director of the Department of Technology of the China Society of Automotive Engineers; Mr. Li Qingsheng, Director of China Automotive Technology and Research Center Beijing Science and Technology Center; Ms. Wang Pinxi, Director of the Department of New Energy Vehicle of Beijing Transport Institute; and Mr. Wang Zhe, Researcher from the Rocky Mountain Institute. Representatives from SF Express, Zhongcheng New Energy Vehicle, Potevio New Energy, Great Wall Motors also joined the discussion.
