Ms. Liping Kang, the Policy Research Lead of the iCET, delivered a speech under the topic of "Vehicle Electrification Development and Regional Collaboration". She stated that the energy and environment pressures, as well as the need for vehicle industry revolution, make the development of vehicle electrification inevitable. She also said that, electrification should be coordinated with cities and regions situation, including population and economy, vehicle numbers and road infrastructure conditions, pollution prevention and environment improvement requirements, local vehicle industry and charging infrastructure, and so on. Moreover, because of the huge discrepancy between different regions, solutions addressing respective questions should be proposed actively.
